Quick and easy treat when you're running late in the morning

My youngest daughter, just moving back home after a semester in college out of town, has turned into quite the inventive cook while she was away with a small budget and the need for more variety of tastes without a variety of ingredients.
Today, she invented an unusual breakfast treat that I had never considered: a fried egg sandwich on cinnamon toast. It kind of has the taste of French Toast without all the soaking and dredging that entails.
This really is a budget meal, but it is very flavorful and easy to make...the perfect mix for a college student on a budget.
This is not a diet dish, but it might be just the right thing for a breakfast in a hurry on an occasional morning.
Quick and Easy French Toast on a Budget
1 egg
2 slices of bread
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of sugar
butter
Cook the egg over medium and toast the bread.
Mix the cinnamon and sugar.
Spread a little butter on the bread and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
Top with the egg and enjoy.
