Quick Vegan Parm


I don't eat vegan cheese on a regular basis, but I know a lot of people who do. They spend a lot of money on it, but that's not necessary...especially for a powdered cheese like parmesan.
This quick cheese tastes exactly like the shake cheese that comes in the plastic container with the green label. If you like that, this is a great plant-based alternative.

Vegan Parmesan Cheese

  • 3/4 cup of raw cashews
  • 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

  1. Mix all the ingredients in your food processor or blender until it looks like shaker cheese.
  2. Keep it in the fridge in an airtight container.
