Quick Vegan Parm
I don't eat vegan cheese on a regular basis, but I know a lot of people who do. They spend a lot of money on it, but that's not necessary...especially for a powdered cheese like parmesan.
This quick cheese tastes exactly like the shake cheese that comes in the plastic container with the green label. If you like that, this is a great plant-based alternative.
Vegan Parmesan Cheese
- 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- 3/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Mix all the ingredients in your food processor or blender until it looks like shaker cheese.
- Keep it in the fridge in an airtight container.
