Peanut Butter Bread:the PB is in there

Except for those with an allergy, is there anyone who doesn't like, at least, an occasional peanut butter sandwich. Peanut butter and jelly...peanut butter and honey...peanut butter and banana.

But, peanut butter is sticky and a little messy. It's not really a proper adult food. (No one has ever accused me of propriety when it comes to dining choices. I eat what I want.) For those who want a meal that doesn't end in a mess, I have found a solution.

Peanut Butter Bread.

That's right. The peanut butter is incorporated into the bread. Genius, right?

It's a subtle flavor. Don't expect a smack-in-your-face flavor punch. But this is perfect with a schmear of good jam or, maybe, even some smashed berries or bananas. Also, I recently discovered, this bread makes an excellent French Toast.

Once you make this loaf, let me know all the ways you find to eat it...
