Asian-inspired slaw for a party
I have not always been a fan of slaws. As any reader who has been here more than a few time can tell, that has changed.
I love slaws. They're a great side dish for a summer picnic or a dinner at home. The work well on the plate or in a tortilla with other fillings. This slaw is good with a fried tofu. If you are a pescaterian, this particular slaw is also very good with fish.
If you make this Asian-inspired slaw, you can spice it up with more hot sauce (I like gochujang because it's hot and salty and sweet all at once,)
This recipe is for a party. It makes 12 servings. You can easily cut it in half for a dinner.
